SE swell easing back into the afternoon. Variable winds at dawn
A mix of SE swell mixed with ESE energy keeps surf in the chest high range for the open coast breaks through the morning. Smaller knee to waist for the sheltered points/bays.
Morning winds are light and variable from the SSW up along the Tweed Coast and ENE breezes into the Byron breaks.
Winds trend more NNE adding more onshore texture. Tucked N corners a better afternoon option with some smaller grovelly waves.
