Still tiny locally today. Surf bumps up outside of SB from new SSW pulse.
Struggling to get above knee-high as weak NW swell limps in. Tides don't help much either, staying above 2' all day. Light/variable winds early morning, then light+ SSW onshores develop later AM through the afternoon.
SSW swell peaking outside of SB. Worth traveling if you can pull it. Overhead surf on tap if you can get far enough to the south.

In an area known for its world-class point breaks, Carpinteria State Beach is one of Santa Barbara's less-glamorous options, which helps it fly beneath the radar and keeps the crowds pretty mellow.
