Enough to push a big board but lackluster overall. Target the midday incoming for best of it.
Dawn-Midday: Area buoys aren't showing much...just a bit of easterly swell and that'll offer a few weak waves in the 1-2' range at most and bigger sets around the Inlet. Winds are ESE at dawn so we are already getting some texture and bump on it. Onshore winds persist but the window with the lower/incoming tide later AM through midday probably offers the best window to try to find something.
Afternoon Outlook: Small surf and onshore winds mean generally poor surf for the afternoon.

Ponce Inlet Surf Guide
Ponce is best on a SE or E swell. It can hold larger surf than most Florida beachbreaks and is good on all tides, but incoming is best. The long jetty protecting the inlet helps make crunchy rights at times, but it can also be a mushy wave that breaks well off the beach. It all depends on the conditions. Read more
