SSW windswell builds into the waist high or so range. Onshore winds and textured conditions.
Midday: Knee-thigh-waist high surf with textured conditions from light SW winds at lunch. The weak, shorter period windswell has built some from the morning, and it is enough for a big board, but keep low expectations as onshore winds continue.
Afternoon Outlook: A bit more size than the morning but conditions look to remain bumpy and jumbled. Worth considering given the lack of surf otherwise, but not great.
