Once again size to build into large size bracket and quality hard to find
A gentle N-NNW wind at dawn but overall another low quality day on the cards as low quality conditions lock in under the prevailing onshore wind. Size to lift into the afternoon with size on the open coast again become large - 3-4xOH. But with persistent west wind througout the day even the protected corners will be messy. Find something else to do!

This place was named before people started riding crazy barrels like Teahupo’o or even G-Land, so its moniker seems kind of quaint these days. It’s a pit, for sure, but it’s not heavy by modern standards. Having said that, though, you wouldn't want to paddle out unless you were of at least intermediate ability.
