Small surf but beautiful morning conditions (sunny/light wind). N-NW wind bump in the PM .
Lingering mix of short-period W swell and selective, steep angled SSW swell, for mainly small surf averaging at or under waist high. Breaks with the best southerly exposure continue to see better sets.

With the exception of Boiler Bay to the south, Lincoln City is all beachbreak, thus only really rideable when it's small and clean. Summertime is good for the area, but that's about it. The long beach at the end of NW 15th Street has a rock shelf, but it's basically all sandbars that can get hollow.
