1. How to Enter: Beginning at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PST") on March 1, 2009 until 11:59 p.m. PST on Nov 1, 2009, you may enter the Surfline Photo Challenge (the "Contest") by registering and submitting photos to the Surfline website (located at www.surfline.com). Each month, Surfline editors will select the 20 best user-submitted photos and present them to the Surfline audience to vote for their favorite. The winning photo from each month will make the final round, where Surfline editors will select the best photo and award the Grand Prize to the person who submitted it. Surfline/Wavetrak, Inc. ("Sponsor") and all other Contest Entities (as defined below), their affiliates, distributors, dealers, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, and any and all Internet servers and access provider(s) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Contest; inability to access the Surfline Website; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website.

2. Eligibility: This Contest is open only to residents of the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii (excluding its territories, possessions and commonwealths) who are 18 years of age or older. Employees and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) of Surfline/Wavetrak, Inc. and Reef, Inc. and their advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Contest Entities") are not eligible to enter or win. Online entrants may also receive information from Surfline regarding other promotional offers. All participants and/or entrants release the Sponsor, the Contest Entities, and their agents, advertising and promotion agencies, affiliated companies, Promotional partners and prize suppliers, and all of their respective affiliated companies, employees, officers, directors and shareholders, from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with each entrant's participation and/or entry in the Contest and/or their receipt or use of any prize awarded in this Contest. Any and all warranties and guarantees are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms and conditions. This Contest is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited by law. Before uploading a photo, the User confirms that he/she holds the rights required both for the upload and for permitting the use of the photograph by Reef in Reef advertisements. To the extent required for operating the service, the User grants Reef in perpetuity exclusive rights of use, unrestricted in terms of territory. In particular, the User grants Reef the right to place the respective photograph in Reef Advertising and to produce any copies required to this end.

3. Prize Information:

a) One (1) grand prize will be awarded. Prize Details: (2) Round-trip Economy class airline tickets to Oahu from the nearest major city airport to the winner's residence; Transportation from Honolulu airport to north shore; Accommodation for 4 nights and 5 days at the Turtle Bay Resort; special BBQ at the Reef house with the Reef team; Reef gear prize pack. No spending money is provided.

b) Approximate prize value is $3,000.00 USD.

c) The winner must be able to take the prize and travel to Oahu between Dec 8-20, 2009

d) It will be at the prize winner's expense to travel to the nearest capital city or major airport to redeem the prize/flight, including all airfares and transfers.

e) Room service, mini bar, hotel bar and meal expenses are not covered as part of the prize and will be at the expense of the prize winner - all other costs incurred over and above those listed in these Terms and Conditions will also be at the expense of the contest winner.

f) All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the respective winner's responsibility. The specifics of all aforementioned elements of any prizes in the Contest shall be solely determined by Sponsor. Some restrictions may apply. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.

4. Drawing and Notification: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected on or about Nov 1, 2009. The winner will be notified by email and phone; however, if Surfline is unable to contact a potential Grand Prize Winner via the email address submitted, or if a Grand Prize Winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, or if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate Grand Prize Winner shall be selected. Grand Prize Winner consents to the use of their name, photographs, likenesses, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. If, in the judges' opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Contest, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Contest, the judges reserve the right to terminate the Contest and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all online entries received as of the termination date. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the Surfline Website.

5. Release of Liability: By entering this Contest, all entrants, any winners, and their family members, guests, invitees, agents, and employees release and hold harmless Sponsor and each of the Contest Entities, as well as the respective officers, directors, agents, employees and shareholders of the foregoing entities and all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest from and against any and all actions, claims, and/or liability with respect to or in any way arising from participation in this Contest and/or acceptance or use of the prizes and any related activities, including liability for personal injury, death, damages, or loss. . Sponsor, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporation, each of the Contest Entities, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, dealers, distributors, employees and agents of the Contest Entities, and are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.

6. Winner's List: On or about Nov 1, 2009 you may obtain the name of the prize winners, by mailing a SASE to: Surfline Photo Challenge Contest- Surfline/Wavetrak, Inc. 300 Pacific Coast Highway, Suite 310, Huntington Beach, CA 92648. Requests received after Dec 31, 2009 will not be honored.
