Surf Forecast: Regional Outlook
CENTRAL CALIFORNIA
FRIDAY – WNW swell held up solid head high+ waves today with standouts seeing well overhead to double overhead sets. Unfortunately, a passing cold front has caused conditions to fall apart for many breaks, especially the more northern areas.

BRIEF OUTLOOK:
Plenty of sizeable NW-WNW groundswell in the water through the weekend and into early next week, as conditions improve! Check the forecast for details and the longer range outlook.

SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
FRIDAY – WNW swell was fading today, but still offered waist-chest high surf at the better breaks. Top spots were up in the head high+ range.

BRIEF OUTLOOK:
New WNW swell will build over the afternoon on Saturday (early morning starting a little slow) and holding early Sunday. The long range is looking promising as well. Check the forecast for further details.
