November 26, 2002 (Peahi, Maui) - Darrick Doerner, Shane Dorian, Dave Kalama and others in the local crew definitely have this sketchy left under their thumb, but "Laird's Lefts" definitely raise the bar on backhand tow-in performance surfing.
