Ramon Navarro is Chile's most famous surfer, known mainly for his act in giant surf down at his homebreak at Punta Lobos. He often spends the Southern Hemisphere winter months up here in the northern part of Chile 'cause the swells arrive with better weather than in the south. He likes big shacks, too.
