What an amazing young Lady. Nothing gets in her way and I would love to see her get more media coverage. She is such an asset to those that are handicapped. She has no handicapp and continues to amaze anyone that has had the opportunity to meet her and watch her rip. Rather, I understand the whole remark as women surfers like Bethany and in the days of past Rell Sun deserve there rank in as surf legend. Fond is a good word tied to a negative nuetralizing the impact. A dykish woman in the line up with localistic warriors guarding their breaks, its an ugly thought and one experience w/1. I apologize for my inhumanity in that I prefer the surfing of Parko, Irons, Taj, Renyolds, Slater, Curren, etc. over the latest crop of female pros. They all surf better than me. I don't know a lot about surfing in PA but book smarts doesn't always equate with wave smarts. Nice to know that chivalry is alive and kicking but I'm not quite ready to "quite" just yet. Here's one that you will really like. I'm not interested in subsidizing their learning curve. Bethany rips! Bethany is a special talent and an Inspirational person! These photos and videos are a blessing to me. It is great to see Bethany paddling and catching waves. I have always wondered about that. You obviously don't appreciate effort in any aspect of the human experience, male or female, in/out of the water.
