Silvana knew she needed to be alert and ready for anything in her Final against Steph Gilmore. While the commentators doubted Silvana's wave selection as she took off on this ride, it scored an 8.83 when Silvana dropped into a junky looking wave but took the risky route by stalling and pulling into a-not-so-obvious, yet, lengthy hollow section, finishing off the ride with two big turns.
