Keep-A-Breast stops by Surfline's headquarters to cast the world's best surfers

Some of the best female surfers in the world dropped their tops in the Surfline offices recently. But there was nothing profane or weird about it.
 
Keep-A-Breast's co-founder, Shaney Jo Darden, stopped by to make some breast casts of the girls while they were in town for the US Open and we figured it would be cool to show you what goes into making the magic.

Shaney has casted surfers like Kassia Meador, Megan Abubo and Lisa Andersen many times before but this time around, she got her hands on some new faces...or rather, chests.

Australian ripper, Dara Penfold, putting in her thirty minutes.
Girls like Bec Woods, Sofia Mulanovich, Tammy Lee-Smith, Sarah Beardmore and several others offered to endure the half-hour casting process in order to support KAB's mission to eradicate breast cancer.

Now that they're all dry, Shaney will have several surf artists paint on the girls' breast casts, after which they'll be glassed with resin and auctioned at an up-coming surf event later this year. All proceeds from the sale of these one-of-a-kind pieces of art will go towards fulfilling KAB's efforts to increase awareness and prevention of breast cancer.
