"We stayed with a beautiful family, the Manois, at Teahupoo," said 14-year-old Ellie-jean Coffey of her first Tahiti experience. "They lived on the water like most Tahitians. They have a boat that they motor over to the supermarket to buy food, they fish from their boat and they swim off their boat, visit family and friends. Their whole existence revolves around the water, it's wonderful."
