| Slater on losing early in Tahiti: "Getting an interference is no fun way to lose. It's a frustrating way to go out in a contest so that win felt good, it was a little redemption and gets my confidence up. If you are in that place where you can go for a title shot, getting a throwaway sucks at any event but doing it in one of the first few events is pretty frustrating because you don't have room to move later on.
