CONDITIONS: Oceanside's first-ever KSUSA Titles match was greeted with sunny skies and head-high sheets of glass. Now how's that for Southern (Californian) hospitality?

OUTSTANDING PERFORMERS: Harking back to earlier years as an NSSA Champion, Tom Backer resurrected his dominant form to power past the competition in the open division final. Taylor Chapatte and Darcy Murphine also took home Juniors and Womens division crowns, respectively.

HIGHLIGHTS: Chapatte and Sam Coyne played dueling aces in one of the more entertaining heats of the competition. But, neck and neck 'til the end, Taylor's sweeping cutbacks were the difference in closing out the Juniors final.
