JULY SURPRISE
This quikscat pass shows the low pressure system rather well. You can see how small and compact this feature was with only an isolated wind field directed towards the DE-MD-NJ-LI region. That little low pushed up towards northern NJ during the day on Monday and turned the wind offshore resulting in good, clean leftovers.
