Long period WSW swell is down a notch but overall conditions are still very unruly the beaches.
Mid to long period WSW is slowly easing but size will still be solid in the 2x overhead range all day. There's a little window of slightly favourable winds at dawn with some east creeping in but conditions are still very raw. There's a lot of water moving out there, you might get an inside reform zone in sheltered areas but It'll still be a challenging paddle. Winds will shift more cross-shore from the south into midday.
