Long period WSW swell down a notch, overall conditions still overwhelming the beaches.
Mid to long period WSW is down slightly but size will still be solid in the 2x overhead range all day. Winds ease slightly tending S-SSE but the cross-shore conditions will still be poor quality. Expect minimal options to surf, maybe inside reforms at best through sheltered areas. It'll be a challenging paddle with a lot of whitewash.
