YA author Lisa Freeman has partnered with Toms Flagship on Abbot Kinney to host a surfboard giveaway this summer. The one-of-a-kind board was hand shaped by local surf legend April Newman of Ape Shapes.
To enter, head to the back lawn at Toms before 8/20. We'll announce the winner during Freeman's book reading and signing of her debut novel Honey Girl at Toms at 6:30pm. on 8/21. Join us for Sprinkles cupcakes, Hawaiian music, and a reading that will take you back to Santa Monica in the 70s.
Honey Girl was named one of the "Best Young Adult Books for Summer" by Teen Vogue.
