Giant sting ray at C Street on St. Paddy's Day?

I was checking out the live C St. cam on 3/17/14 and saw this big black blob floating in the water near the shore break before the camera panned away. I just checked the camera rewind for 3/17 at 11:37:35 a.m. and there it is. (Start watching at the 7:35 mark on the 11:30 segment.) Is that a giant freaking ray in the surf? Anybody at the beach happen to see this?
