The surfers put on a committed display of versatile maneuvers. The crowd witnessed strong turns, barrels, and aerials all in one action packed day.
The highest wave of the day, an 8.5, was awarded to Asher Nolan (Florida), Magnum Martinez (Venezuela), and seeded surfer Alejandro Moreda (PR); whom also took the top heat average of the day with a combined total of 16.10.
