On Thursday, Aug. 14th at 7:30 p.m. Sliding Liberia, the much-anticipated documentary about surfing in war-torn West Africa, will screen at the Lido Theatre in Newport Beach following it's August 5th release to DVD.

Sliding Liberia follows four young surfers to Liberia in search of more than perfect waves.
