Afternoon Outlook: onshore wind and junky shoulder/head-high surf this afternoon - not a great look but there's waves if you have to get in. Sheltered high-tide breaks will have something as the tide drops off high. Similar surf and conditions for the remainder of today, the wind never really giving up.
