Hey, this is Sherwood with the report for Sunday afternoon at 12:30PM.
2-3 ft - knee to waist high and poor+ conditions.
PM REGIONAL OVERVIEW: Still mostly going waist high and below out there this afternoon, but expect a slight boost in size later as our new SW swell begins to fills in. Winds are still mostly light, but onshore flow will pick up later this afternoon. The tide hits a 4.5' high around 3PM.
This Morning's Dawn Patrol: Clean, but fast and walled up with very little shape.
Overcast skies with light/variable wind. Afternoon WNW flow builds 10-13kts.
Its clean but we're starting slow this morning as old SSW swell is fading and new SW swell (205-220) is just starting to show a little bit. Many spots are in the 1-3' range, with maybe slightly more consistent waist high sets at standouts. Look for a gradul rise in size through the day as the new swell fills in.
MONDAY: SW swell will build further. For the better breaks look for waist-chest high surf, while select standout breaks see occasional shoulder/head high sets on the inconsistent side.
Wind: Light/variable in the morning. W to WNW wind steadily builds through the afternoon 10-14kts+.
