This Morning's Dawn Patrol: Clean, inconsistent traces up to 1' at best. Basically flat.
Clear skies with calm to light offshore wind.

REGIONAL SUMMARY: Mainly traces of NW and SSW energy today. Look for 1-2' surf for the better breaks of the region this morning. Conditions have cleaned up a lot from yesterday with only a light leftover lump in some areas. *Decrease in water temps due to all the NW winds recently. Also, a deep high tide this early morning will swamp things out.
County Health officials advise against going into the water for 72 hours after rain due to elevated bacteria levels.
