Hey, this is Sherwood with the report for Saturday afternoon at 12:20PM.
6-8 ft.
head high + to 3 ft. overhead with occasional 10 ft. and fair conditions.
PM REGIONAL OVERVIEW: Solid waves on tap this afternoon thanks to our NW energy. Expect plenty of head high+ waves with sets near double overhead at the standouts. Conditions are a bit textured and funky, but still rideable.
This morning's dawn patrol: Plenty of waves coming through with the bigger sets currently around double overhead and workable, but expect things to be a little jumbled with some surface texture from the E wind.
Onshore flow on the rise.
Large NW groundswell on tap across the region today with plenty of overhead to well overhead+ surf to be found across the region. Light East winds prevail this early morning for a bit of surface texture and lump at certain spots, but mostly clean throughout the region.
SUNDAY: Solid, easing NW swell. Expect more head to overhead waves will show at the better exposed breaks. The select NW spots will continue to pull in well overhead to double overhead sets. Clean conditions.
Wind: Light North wind early. NW by the afternoon around 4-7kts.
