Observed Surf Report by Schaler at 1:35pm
SURF:
5-8 ft
head high to 3 ft. overhead
Hey, this is Schaler with the report for Wednesday afternoon
PM REGIONAL OVERVIEW: Sunny skies, light winds, and semi-mostly clean surf are on offer this afternoon as WNW-NW swell continues to fill in a bit further and some small-scale SW energy mixes in. Most breaks continue in the shoulder-head+ zone, as stadout spots are pulling in 2-3'+ overhead sets. Definitely worth a look.
This morning's dawn patrol: Solid, clean lines continues this morning in the head high to well-overhead zone. Plenty of corners to be had out there this morning, looking more lined-up through the inside.
Mostly sunny with light winds.
Today's waves are best suited to the
Shortboard.
Solid, clean surf on tap this morning as WNW(275-300) groundswell holds mixing with some trace SW swell energy. Conditions are looking really good across the region with clear skies, light winds, and a low-incoming tide through the morning. Better breaks have chest-head high+ surf, while top spots are in the 2-3'+ overhead zone on the better sets.
