Wuddup, this is davO with the report for Tuesday morning at 6:30am. 4-5 ft. - shoulder to head high with occasional 6 ft. and poor+ conditions.
This Morning's Dawn Patrol: Semi-choppy, but workable lines coming through with sets in the overhead range. Lots of fog-but it still looks fairly consistent. May slow down with the near 5' high tide at around noon.
Overcast and foggy with onshore winds. Our WNW swell continues to fade into the day. Expect mostly shoulder to head high waves with sets going a couple of feet overhead at the more exposed spots. Conditions are choppy with onshore winds in the 5-10kt. range all day. It's going to be a bit on the soft side throughout the morning with a high tide of nearly 5' at around noon. Should see a bit of improvement as the tide backs out into the evening. TUESDAY: WNW swell continues to backslide but still fun size. Shoulder-head high sets for good breaks with standouts seeing some overhead sets by a couple feet. Watch for the deep high tide around noon.
Winds: Light NW winds early, building NW flow around 10kts+ in the afternoon.
