WEATHER: Light winds early give wave to moderate SW winds this afternoon. OAXACA'S REGIONAL OVERVIEW: Old SSW continues to fade away as a new SSW slowly fills in later in the day. Surf hangs mainly around knee-waist high with a few belly-chest high waves. FORECAST SUMMARY: TUESDAY: Starting on the slow side, but new SSW swell builds over the afternoon with waist-shoulder high surf at the better breaks. Standouts see sets to head high by sundown. WEDNESDAY: SSW swell fills in further with chest-shoulder-head high surf at well exposed breaks and a few larger sets at standouts. Winds: Light NE/ENE wind in the morning, followed by light SW to W wind in the afternoons.
