AM Report: Semi-clean conditions with scattered peaks and lines.
Mostly sunny skies with light onshore winds.
SW swell in the 3-4' range.
TUESDAY: SW swell builds through the day with head high surf at the better breaks through the afternoon and sets running into the overhead range at standouts.
WEDNESDAY: SW swell fills in a bit more and looks strongest.
