Hola, this is Oscar with the report for Wednesday morning at 7AM.

and fair conditions.
Surf Report: Fun, mostly clean knee-chest high+ surf.
Light S winds, overcast skies.
Today the S swell started to fill in along the coast with waves between 2 to 4 feet.
Most areas are seeing KNEE to CHEST high surf with some of the standard spots like PUNTA ROCAS 3 to 4 ft sets.
Tides:
LOW (01.10hrs /18cm )
MIDDLE (06.04hrs /50cm )
LOW (12.02hrs /-3cm )
HIGH (19.23hrs /89cm )
The best spot to surf today is PUNTA ROCAS at 3 to 4 feet.

Local surfer Oscar Morante died Monday, December 4th while surfing Caballeros, south of Lima; he was 63. Oscar, the former forecast reporter for Peru, was a great friend and waterman. He dedicated more than 30 years to serve the international surfing community. Thanks for everything, Oscar. You will be missed.
