This Morning's Dawn Patrol: A bit funky, but still rideable with sets going several feet overhead.

WEATHER:

SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY'S REGIONAL OVERVIEW:
WNW(280-300) swell on tap today for decent surf in the chest-head high+ range. Top NW exposures see sets running several feet overhead. Conditions are a bit funky this morning, but rideable nevertheless.
FORECAST SUMMARY:
SUNDAY: WNW swell is easing but still offers plenty of fun surf. Good breaks are in the chest-head high range with standouts exposed spots seeing sets go a couple to a few feet overhead.
Wind/Weather: Offshore, NNE early. Turning NW 8-12kts over the afternoon.
Today's waves are best suited to the  Aloha AF1 Pro.

"Good Clean Fun" is hosting the Jesso King Memorial Downhill Paddle Race on Halloween morning from Cayucos Pier to Morro Bay. This 7 mile downwind and downswell race is open to SUP, kayaks, paddleboards, kneeboards, and outriggers. Following the race there will be a waterfront festival in Morro Bay which will include live music, a raffle, a BBQ, as well as gear demos and clinics from SUP and kayak pros.
