knee to chest high
Hey, this is Schaler with the report for Tuesday afternoon
PM REGIONAL OVERVIEW: A mix of old WNW swell and building SW and WNW-NW swells prevail this afternoon. Conditions remain mostly clean across the region with light onshore flow and sunny skies. Better breaks are in the knee-waist-chest high zone, with plus sets for top exposures. Look for top WNW/NW spots to see more size late in the day.
THIS MORNING'S DAWN PATROL: A bit walled up and lined with set wave sand bar corners to be tracked down.
Mostly sunny skies with W winds 5-8kts putting a slight bump/texture to the surface.
Today's waves are best suited to the
Fatburner.
A weaker old WNW/SW swell combo will be joined through out the day with a solid and building new NW swell. While Knee to Waist + waves are the norm, top open areas can see occasional Chest + sets. Expect a slow but steady increase in surf through out the day.
