Observed Surf Report by Bird at 7:08am
SURF:
2-3 ft +
thigh to chest high occ. 5 ft.
Smaller, cleaner, this is Bird with the report for Tuesday morning
This Morning's Dawn Patrol: Pretty soft and rolly with more size and bottom on the inc. sets.
Partly cloudy with ESE winds that are light at present.
Today's waves are best suited to the
Fatburner.
As the WNW wind and ground swell continues to fade, a small but steady NW direction is backing it up some to keep us in decent waves. All areas are going to be affected by strong High to Low tide swings and likely increases of winds out of the South. Waist to Chest + waves are the norm but stand out areas can expect to see sets in the Head high range at times.
Health officals advice against any ocean contact within 72 hours of a rain event due to elevated bacteria levels, especially near rivermouths, harbors and drainpipes.
