Hey, this is Sherwood with the report for Saturday morning at 6:50AM. 2-3 ft - knee to waist highwith occasional 4 ft. and poor+ conditions.
This Morning's Dawn Patrol: Soft, scattered windswell lines.
Clear skies, heavy NW winds. Sloppy surf on tap this morning thanks to gusty NW winds. We have a mix of NW windswell and some building SE energy that has most spots seeing knee-waist high waves with the top breaks hitting chest-shoulder high on the sets. Expect more size as we head through the day. The tide is climbing to a 5' high around 8AM. SATURDAY: Building SE swell from Norbert mixes with an increase in local NW windswell. Surf is fairly mixed up wih shoulder-head high waves at most spots. Standout breaks see sets running up to a couple feet overhead Wind: Light early, but a fairly hefty leftover bump looks likely. Afternoon WNW flow builds 10-14kts.
