In Loving Memory: It’s with a heavy heart we bring the tragic news of young Davis Miller’s passing. Miller was a young chef at his father’s restaurant in Costa Rica and an aspiring surfer with the distinction of being youngest kid to ever compete in the Mike Stewart Pipe Line Contest. He was 22 years of age. His memorial last Thursday in Seal Beach drew about 400 people. A paddle out at Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica, is scheduled for sunset at about 5:30pm (2 hours ahead of California) on Saturday. Watch live from the local cam.
