SURF REPORT by surfingnosara.com on 11/7/09: The surf is mixed up this morning with overall sub par conditions for Guiones. However, the sun did come out after last night's rain and it is a beautiful day. Swell is reading 5.5 feet at 7 seconds and we are looking at a major improvement in waves starting Monday.
Leftover SSW swell mixes with SW windswell for waist high waves.
Surf heights are for the better exposed breaks of the region
SAT/SUN/MON:Small S/SW swell mix (short to mid period), mainly in the waist high'ish range. Look for a bit more size on Monday.
WIND/WEATHER: Variable S wind 7-13kts through the weekend. Possible lighter wind for Monday.
