Wuddup, this is davO with the report for Thursday afternoon at 1:00pm. 1-2 ft - ankle to knee high with occasional 3 ft. and poor-fair conditions.
REGIONAL PM OVERVIEW: This afternoon we have small, weak, peaky little lines in the waist plus high range on sets. Conditions are semi-clean to slightly crumbly due to light to moderate onshore winds for the afternoon.
This Morning's Dawn Patrol: Clean, weak peaks breaking close to shore. Its mainly knee high with a few larger sets to thigh high.
Mostly sunny with onshore winds building out of the WNW 8-14kts for the afternoon. The surf remains small this morning off a mix of primary NW windswell and secondary, leftover SSW swell. While it is clean, most breaks are seeing only weak knee high+ surf while top breaks are around waist high or so. Its rideable for a big board but that's about it. FRIDAY: Slow start with small NW windswell and SSW swell mix for weak knee/thigh occasional waist high surf at the better breaks. New WNW swell builds through the day with some chest-shoulder high+ sets by sundown. Wind: Offshore flow early, building W winds 8-10kts in the afternoon.
