Hey, this is Schaler with the report for Friday morning
This morning's dawn patrol: Clean and lined-up this morning. Looking soft through the high tide, but look for conditions to improve through the morning.
Mostly cloudy with scattered showers approaching the region. Winds are light ESE.
Today's waves are best suited to the
Fatburner.
Our NW-WNW(280-300+) swell from yesterday is dropping, as new, more sizeable, NW-WNW(280-300+) swell builds in through the day today. For the dawn patrol better breaks have surf in the shoulder-head high+ surf, with standout spots pulling in some occasional 2-3'+ overhead sets. Conditions are looking a little warbly and mixed up at some of the more exposed breaks. Look for conditions to improve slightly through the morning if the S winds stay off it.
