Observed Surf Report by Schaler at 6:55am
SURF:
1-2 ft
ankle to knee high occ. 3 ft.
Hey, this is Schaler with the report for Tuesday morning
This morning's dawn patrol: Inconsistent, peeling little Southern hemi peaks coming through this morning. Rising tide slows things down mid morning.
Clearing with calm winds early.
Today's waves are best suited to the
SUP.
The surf is looking minimal across the region with leftover NW(295-300+) swell and small Southern Hemi energy on tap early. A new NW-WNW swell builds in through the afternoon. Winds are calm offering up really clean conditions for the dawn patrol. Unfortunately, most breaks are getting to knee high at best as the tide fills in to a 5' high mid morning. Top exposures pull in some occasional plus sets.
County Health officials advise against going into the water for 72 hours after rain due to elevated bacteria levels.
