WEATHER:
Onshore flow.
NORTH ORANGE COUNTY'S REGIONAL OVERVIEW:
Small mix of easing SW groundswell and minimal NW windswell with only inconsistent sets up to knee occasional waist high at the best spots. Conditions are fairly clean this morning, but weak due to the lack of size. We have a 4.8' High tide at 9:30am that will drop to a 1.4' Low by 2:50pm.
