The American flag in the form of a quilt with two dogs on it...still is tough to look at. Really appreciate Surfline!

The Alana coverage has been over the top, agreed. Maybe make another site called Alanaline...

Writing and good writing vary slightly from time to time. Nice to try both.

"Social Absorption"....some good surf shots and fun pictures. Is it really necessary to post two dogs sitting on an American flag, the flag that I fought for in a faraway land? How about being flipped-off. do you like being flipped-off? I think not, so why post some moron flipping you off? How about some idiot grabbing his crouch? Real class that is. I know it is the young people into this social media stuff and that's fine, just maybe show a bit more class and not post the garbage.

Editor reply:
If you look closely, you'll notice it is a quilt with the American flag design. No shame in loving your country and displaying it every way you can.
