Andy and Bruce groom the next batch of Kauai rippers in fun-filled event

It was a good day to be a kid on the island of Kauai as the 8th annual Irons Brothers Pinetrees Classic was in full swing. The entire surf community came out to participate in this very special event.

"It's all about the kids," said event organizer Miguel Graham. "It's cool because it's all for kids, non-ranked, non-sponsored, that get to surf and get a bunch of goodies from Andy and Bruce's sponsors. Even in the hard times right now brands are kicking down backpacks, sunglasses, watches, and surfboards." No kid went away empty handed and Andy and Bruce along with Kamalei Alexander and Reef Macintosh signed posters and other gifts, giving back to the island that has given them so much.
