We've go to hand it to you San Diego, mother nature didn't give you much to work this month with but you still delivered the goods. It was a rain soaked 28 days, without much in the way of surf, but Surfline's users managed to work around the conditions, finding the bright spots in another substandard winter month.
 
Whether they were back lit offshore barrels or early morning empty lineups, photographers captured the moments that stood out. The collection that follows is only a sampling of the high-quality work turned in by the local surf community. Hundreds of images were uploaded, but only 15 made the cut.
