Target the AM for waist high surf and clean conditions. South PM winds.

Dawn to Midday: Easterly swell lingers and offers a few weak but rideable waves. Top breaks see sets up to around waist high with light winds and mostly clean conditions through the first part of the morning. That, along with a dropping/lower tide, mean I'd target the AM as the window to get some surf.

Afternoon Outlook: Our easterly swell fades some in size and southerly winds develop resulting in lower quality surf for the second half of the day.
