Charges will be added to your invoice(s) for any submitted ads that do not include trim marks, color bars, or proofs calibrated for the press, or arrive on CD, or DVD. Ads uploaded to our FTP site will require a proof via Fedex etc or we'll need to pull a proof- cost is $100 per page.
